AbstractDO.06.03 Diagnosis of presbyopia via optical coherence tomography (OCT) Kunert K. Diagnostic methods to characterize presbyopia have been improved over the past years. Motivated by new concepts of therapy, like fs- laser-technique, more complex models to simulate accommodation are needed. The presentation will focus on OCT-data of the anterior segment during accommodation. The OCT allows non-contact cross-sectional imaging of the entire anterior segment in vivo. To complete data-sets, patients were investigated using the AC-Master, IOL-Master and a wavefront analyser (WASCA) having attached a new dynamic stimulation aberrometry system (DSA), which allows binocular stimulation. |
